For example, we offer a floating holiday to allow employees to celebrate culturally significant holidays that are meaningful to them as individuals. We know that everyone on our team has a different experience. Their unique culture is reflected by having time off to observe the holiday of their choice. We intentionally share DEI+B presentations centered on unconscious bias education and other topics important to our staff. We are so proud of the Hollaway Monthly Wellness Program, which allows staff to take advantage of wellness and mental health resources of their choosing. By providing these opportunities to our team members, we help ensure that we cultivate an environment where all can grow and thrive together.

In addition to our internal work, Hollaway knows that DEI+B extends beyond the walls of our office.
